Our patented appliance (ET) enables us to provide real-time monitoring of servers, workstations, firewalls, routers, switches and printers and to troubleshoot potential problems before they adversely affect your daily activities. Alerts are sent to our Monitoring Operations Center where TSOA either remotely mitigates critical alerts or dispatches an engineer to remedy the problem on-site. Monitoring includes the following:

Reporting

With Managed Services, you can access up-to-date reports of storage space on your servers, along with storage projections based on current usage.
